    Was für eine tolle Gemüseauswahl. Bei uns gibt es zur Zeit nur vergammeltes Gemüse und Beeren nichtmal vernünftige Karotten. 😢 Der Gärtner um die Ecke hat wenigsten Salat und Gurken. Mehr wächst im Moment nicht da wir hier im Norden kaum Sonne hatten.

    Having had to go through lots of food changes since 8yrs with IBS gas bloated and reflux heartburn😅. Its s been challenging to try out these food. I have lactose+gluten+onion garlic. Love kimchi but scared to try as cabbage is giving lots of bloating and pain😢
